Pedas
Today is our 7th Wedding Aniversary and I thought I would begin the day with sweets. So yesterday I made these lovely pedas. They are very easy and quick to make.My 5 year old little daughter helped me and we had fun making this..
This is my entry for Trupti's ' Little Chefs in the kitchen' Event and Meeta's 'Monthly Mingle- Sweet love'. Though it may be a bit late for the Sweet love event, but I thought will be nice to post this on my Wedding day which would surely be the best day to show the love I have for my Better half. Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Hey Prema,
Tried this sweet today.. it was awesome.. Thank u for wonderful easy recipe.
Hi Prema
Fantastic and easy recipe. But today when I tried, it turned out to be a disaster. Please help me where I went wrong and how I can rectify it without having it throw it all.
Basically my dough/base turned out very tasty but very crumbly and dry. I am just not able to make any shapes and it does not have a smooth finish like yours does. I followed ur recipe exactly esp the 1 tin of condensed milk and 2 cups of powder. Please help me!
Thank you so much for posting this, which is needed for the birthday party of a (late and much loved) friend!
Being European, I'm going to have to convert measurements to metric and try it myself first. What a shame we'll have to eat my attempts first...
